TheLDSWoman.com is an online magazine and social network. The magazine is based off of the original Relief Society magazine which was printed for almost 100 years until it went out of print in 1972. The idea has returned in a way only the internet can provide. Any subscriber of the magazine can also write the articles in the magazine. Women have found this to be an indispensable resource. We have combined a popular magazine idea with the latest state of art Web 2.0 design features. Women can add friends, send messages, chat online, blog, create and join groups, post messages on forums, post articles, post recipes, add a personal URL, translate articles into multiple languages, and more to come in the near future.
We have a subscriber base just under 1,000 members and receive new members daily. Our users
are active to the point of averaging 74 page views per visitor. Our website is
interesting and it keeps members and visitors returning to the website time and
again.
